Yesterday,a safety training was given by a well-known enterprice management consultant to dozens of our technicans from the engineering dept. Through this traing,all our production staff get familiar with the safety rules they should follow when working at the new workshop,which lays the sound foundation for our normal production life.And it also creats much convenience to our present ongoing projects,meaning a significance to ensuring lead time to our customers.The trainer offers many constructive comments to our staff on safety issues combined with several factory safety accients examples on the society.

Last month,another EV motor stator varnishing line finished commissioning and reached the cycle time and capacity required by our customer at JINLAN worksite. This Stator Impregnation Line Loading Station adopts several robots for material load and transfer,which makes automatic large-sized stator production much easier,reducing many human labors as compared with traditional production line. This Stator Resin Dispensing Solution is integrated with both auto trickling system and Stator Epoxy Coating Machine. This turnkey solution Ev Motor Stator Impregnation Line embodies the wits of JINLAN development team,which makes the electrical motor production fully smart,except one operator working at HMI on parameters. Up to now,JINLAN with its own development center,has served the New Energy Vehicle industry with many smart product lines. After one month commissioning and trial running,both the stator trickling line and stator epoxy coating line were delivered to our customer's door at magnificent sight,from JINLAN factory. The equipment with the cohesion of our technical team runs in high stability and satisfying yield at customer's worksite,helping customers realize smart and digital production,which also arouses the attention of the local government. We are happy that two sets of key equipment have been successfuly running by this customer.

Later half this year,our office building is under a tight schedule for construction and decoration.And brand new office furnature moves to the third to sixth floor one batch after another. Quality is the life of all machine manufacturers. Much emphasis is placed upon quality control during machine manufacturing at JINLAN. Our technical team had a regular training meeting yesterday where all assembly department staff were given the instructions on operation specifications for both mechanical setup and electrical connection. For all export products,they will all be certified by SGS with CE certification for quality insurance. Since our foundation 15 years ago,in the premise of meeting technological requirements, we have formed a complete set equipment design and construction standards based on frontline customers` request.

After over 2 months' stay at customer's door for machine reinstallation,our technical team is finally back to office! They worked in tight schedule to do machine reinstallation and commissioning for about two months in the weather of extreme heat. After trial running with the quantity of workpieces required,the production line is able to run with the given cycle time and satisfying product quality. Today,the third stator trickling line was delivered to the customer's door in Zhejiang province. Despite the extreme heat today,our engineering staff are still making the electrical connection and commissioning at the worksite. The temperature is higher and higher these days,as their work enthusiasm. According to the project manager,two varnishing lines,one stator trickling line and the other stator epoxy coating line,have been delivered to the customer in Zhejiang.Now the third line is at the tight schedule for commissioning,ready to be delivered in mid August. JINLAN enjoys unique technical advantages at stator impregnation technology.And our smart production lines including both trickling line and epoxy powder coating line have gained trust from more and more EV motor manufacturers from home and abroad.

These days,as it`s becoming hotter and hotter,we carried out a new round fire drill for all team members. To ensure safety production as much as possible,all members including female employees attended the practical operation session of the fire extinguisher. Since our foundation,much emphasis have been paid to fire control. All employees obey the safety operation regulations. That`s way none fire have ever occured at all at our workshop for 15 years.

In late May,after engineering dept has finished commissioning and trial production,a complete set of stator varnishing line was delivered to the door of our customer in Zhejiang province. These production lines will be running with automatic load/unload system. And it is possible to connect and communicate with other production lines at their factory. The suprior quality gains their trust. It is heard that another 2 complete sets will be followed to be delivered to them in the coming 3 months.

This month,JINLAN finally succeeded to attend the CWIEME Berlin,with the help of exhibitor agent. At this show, the highlight of display for JINLAN is the motor resin impregnation. Dozens of technical personnel and supply chain personnel from global top automobile parts manufacturers gathered to have thorough communication with us on the EV motor stator impregation technology. Three professional buyers said they will contact us about their technical specifications. This smart stator varnish technology can be widely applied on electrical vehicle motor stator,rotor and has already been spread to many global top European EV motor manufacturers. We firmly believe that the 2022 will be the other harvest year for impregnation technology.

Busy Season for EV Motor Stator Varnish Projects Recently,with the increase of demands for electrical vehicle industry, JINLAN has got lots of orders for EV motor stator varnishing projects and our team are in busy schedule for machine commissioning. Since 6 months ago,3 sets of varnish machines have finished the commissioning and the provisional acceptance which succeeded to meet the specifications of cycle time and product quality before arriving at the customer`s door. There are still the other two sets under construction and commissioning in tight schedule. The machine of this generation is the updated one,with higher automation Possible to realize even full automation since this production line can be integrated and made to communicate with the present robot system at customer`s plant. What is more important,with the data traceability system,you can have a look at all the process parameters for a certain product model through a single HMI screen. We have the reason to believe that the stator varnishing products will make up larger business share in the coming years.

In this special COVID19 period, the price of containers is flying,twice as before and it takes much longer time than before for both sea and train transport. The overseas transport becomes a huge challenge for all machine manufacturers like us. In spite of the high cost of overseas transport,we have not been cutting corners. Instead we are trying our best for high-standard machine construction and commissioning and each mechanism has been tested and modified before shipping to avoid any potential problem,failure and malfunction when running at customer`s worksite in the future. By the way,we have taken enough protection measures for machine packing to reduce any loss or damage in transit. Considering the probable loss and wastage for reinstallation, some consumable parts are given for free to our customers. It is the consistency on high standard machine manufacture that help win the long-term trust from all clients.

Although the virus situation is changing much better in China,JINLAN still is taking strict preventive protection measures to ensure a safe working and production environment. Each staff member is requested to wear facial mask and be taken body temperature before entering the gate every day. And the floor at all offices,washroom,workshops and meeting rooms will all be disinfected with alcohol. Our HR department has prepared many medical prevention supplies for those who will go out for business. The day before yesterday,all of our team were requested mandatory to make nucleic test pre-registration on the app of the local authority. As long as only one person is diagnosed as positive at the whole city,all other people will have to visit the neighbouring community center for nucleic test. The virus is cruel and merciless but in the fight against virus,our team shows the spirit of solidarity and fellowship as never before. We are working together like one family.

Customer Review on Machine Commissioning On 12 Aug, our customer team visited JINLAN to review the status of commissioning of the EV charge cable assembly line before this line is delivered to their factory in Norway and also gave us valuable comments on our new products. More and more orders coming! Since the business recovery in later last year from the COVID 19,all our technical team are working both on new product design and present line commissioning. Some of our colleagues are working 10 hours per day,7 days per week to catch the schedule both at our workshop and customer's doors, despite the extreme hot weather. In spite of the hard production task,they make the commissioning in high volume whole-heartedly in detail to ensure that .We carry out strict production SOP,project management workflow and all machines will be certified by SGS to ensure the safety for operation and conformity with the EU directives related.

JINLAN insists on design innovation since its foundation in 2007 and implements the standard production flow continuously. All equipment has to be inspected on the performance of trial running before delivery. The data traceability system and information control makes the equipment more intelligent.
